Today, 19.10.2024, in the village of Debnevo, was held first meeting for the establishment of the Initiative Committee for the creation of the innovative Cooperative "FUTURE FOR DEBNEVO".The attendees decided to form an Initiative Committee for the creation of the Innovative Cooperative "FUTURE FOR DEBNEVO" and Prof. Hristo Vassilev was elected for Chairman of the meeting. The meeting took place under the following agenda:
1. Proposal by Prof. Hristo Vassilev for the main activities of the Cooperative
2. Discussion of the form of registration and organization of the Cooperative
3. Organizational structure and financing of the Cooperative
4. Decision to establish the Innovative Cooperative "FUTURE FOR DEBNEVO".
Decision: The Initiative Committee considered Prof. Vassilev's proposal and approved them as the basis for planning the activities of the Innovative Cooperative "FUTURE FOR DEBNEVO".
On item 1. Proposal by Prof. Hr. Vassilev, the CFO of the iNNOAgrovoltaics ACADEMIA, Division of iNNObizACADEMIA in Debnevo, for the main activities of the Cooperative. Prof. Hr. Vassilev presented a Vision for his Program Future for Debnevo and the innovative projects for their development in the Cooperative. He believes that the first step in the Cooperative's investment policy should be the accelerated construction of the first stage of the innovative dryer for drying fruits with subsequent packaging and a warehouse for storing the finished products. The capacity of the first stage should be such that it can absorb the plums produced by the members of the Cooperative, as well as external orders. The dryer should be owned by the Cooperative, not private individuals or legal entities.
On item 2. Discussion of the form of registration and organization of the Cooperative
1. Mr. Hristo Dimitrov believes that the most appropriate form is a limited liability company - OOD, which should have three managers, with each document being signed by a minimum of two managers, and purchase and sale contracts or invoices over a value of over 15 thousand leva are necessarily signed by combined from all managers each of them signed with electronic signature. 2. Mrs. Rosalia Leykauf, CFO of iNNObizACADEMIA proposed that iNNObizACADEMIA prepare the statute and registration documents.
Decision: Accepts that the innovative Cooperative "Future for Debnevo" be registered as an OOD with three managers and that INNObizACADEMIA prepare the statute and registration documents.
3. Mrs. Kristina Dimitrova support the information presented by Prof. Hristo Vassilev. A clear financial model for lending to individual family businesses should be developed, with the loan guarantee being the established plantations and equipment, not the assets of the family businesses.
On item 3. Organizational structure and financing of the Cooperative. Prof. Hristo Vassilev proposed to form in cooperation with a working group composed of: Hristo Dimitrov, Vasil Vassilev, Rumyana Todorova, Hristo Vassilev, which would propose an organizational structure and financial plan and budget for the Cooperative's work for the first 3 years.
Decision: The working group is authorized to prepare a financial plan and budget for the Cooperative.
On item 4. Decision to establish an Innovative Cooperative "FUTURE FOR DEBNEVO". It was unanimously decided to establish an Innovative Cooperative "FUTURE FOR DEBNEVO" in the form of an OOD. At the next meeting all documents for the Innovative Cooperative "FUTURE FOR DEBNEVO" should be approved. The documents for registration of INNOVATIVE COOPERATIVE "FUTURE FOR DEBNEVO" shall be submitted by Mr. Hristo Dimitrov and Mrs. Rumyana Todorova and Members of the the Initiative Committee.

In three separate investment panels, he presented in summary and discussed together with the participants the investment projects for the development of the Innovative Cooperative Future for Debnevo and the planned strategic investment projects.
